About the plastic: Neutron is an Opaque blend of premium polymers that offer extremely good durability and hand feel. Largest selection of bright colors. These have a decent amount of flex to them, but are on the stiffer side of something like an Innova Star plastic. Typically this is a plastic that is “true to flight numbers”, but it still depends on run to run.

tl;dr is that the hex is a glidier buzzz that's more torque resistant.

I don't really need or WANT glide on my midranges so the glide bit is somewhat unfortunate, but the ability to reliably put some oompf behind this thing and it just *handles it* is great. I can even forehand it and expect it to hold a smooth line. My buzzz can't do that. And brother let me tell you - I LOVE my buzzz. So this thing is great.

Flat and straight

Very straight, flat trajectory on control throws. Fantastic amount of glide. About the only knock on this disc is that it's not really usable in windy conditions. Still flies fairly straight, but a good stiff breeze makes it nearly impossible to control distance. I might try to find one in a softer plastic at some point to make it easier to stick go-for shots
