Axiom Panic Overstable Distance Driver
The Axiom Panic is a wide-rimmed overstable distance driver that promises crazy distance for those who can master it, but not too many can!
With slightly lower glide than the usual 5 for drivers, and a good deal of fade, this 13-speed behemoth is a force to be reckoned with! Players with lower arm speeds be warned, you're going to struggle to get a full flight out of this bad boy!
So why get a Panic? There are a few reasons. The most common reason that people bag a Panic is its insane reliability. It's a disc that you can truly trust to fade every time. This is one reason why it is especially popular among sidearm players.
Alongside this, the Axiom Panic is often used as a skip shot disc, as a windfighter, and for flex lines. When you need any kind of meathook this disc will deliver!
Here's what Axiom has to say about the Panic:
The Panic is thoroughly overstable, with plenty of beef to handle headwinds and torqued-up sidearms. Its overstability holds the Panic on any kind of hyzer line and allows steep anhyzer flex shots. For high-power throwers, the Panic will be a useful utility driver, while newer and average throwers will get an extremely overstable flight. The Panic is best described as a seasoned MVP Nitro.

Flight Numbers
Speed: 13
Glide: 4
Turn: -0.5
Fade: 3
These numbers are accurate, although if you don't have the arm speed for this disc it will fly with much more overstability.

Skill recommendations
Beginner: Nope, nada, nix, no. If you're a beginner steer clear of the Panic for now. A faster disc does not mean that you'll get more distance. Without the proper power, this disc will fall out of the sky in an early fade. If you're looking for an easy-to-throw driver take a look at the Axiom Virus.
Intermediate:Ā If you're looking for a distance driver that flies further then the Panic is not ideal. Rather look for something more understable, or slightly slower. Maybe a Fission Time-Lapse?Ā
If you're looking for more of a utility disc the Panic is great for flexes, skip shots, meathooks, and headwinds!
Advanced:Ā You'll have the power to get the true flight out of this beefcake. If you're a player with a lot of sidearm power you'll love this disc for its ability to never turn over, and always fade back reliably!
