Axiom Tenacity

The Axiom Tenacity is a wide-rimmed distance driver that can take your max distance to the next level!Ā  It can be hyzer flipped massively far S-shaped lines that will make you look like a superhero on the tee pad!

The Tenacity is a great disc to throw when you have a lot of space to work with. Understable flight produces a lot of lateral movement, so this isn't a great disc for tight wooded lines.

Do beware of wind when using this disc. If you throw it poorly or throw it into a headwind there is a chance of it turning and burning.

If you're looking for a long-distance hyzer flip driver, whether you're throwing sidearm or backhand, we highly recommend trying out the Axiom Tenacity.

Here's what Axiom has to say about the Tenacity:

Tenacity is Axiomā€™s understable bomber from the new high-speed 23mm distance class. With proper form the Tenacity easily qualifies as ā€œsneaky longā€. Tenacity is best compared to a worn MVP Catalyst, and features the familiar evenly domed top to promote distance-covering glide.

This video from Flippy James is a great review of the Tenacity.

Flight Numbers

Speed:Ā 13 |Ā Glide:Ā 5 |Ā Turn: -2.5 | Fade: 2

These numbers are accurate, although if you don't have the arm speed for this disc it will fly with a little more overstability. If you have advanced power levels then you might need to use some hyzer to prevent this disc from turning over. This disc is also susceptible to wind.

Flight Path Chart

Here's an Axiom Tenacity flight chart to give you a basic idea of how it's going to fly!

Skill recommendations

Beginner: While this is an understable disc, the disc is faster than what beginners should be throwing. Rather look for an understable 9-speed as your first distance driver. Something like the Axiom Virus.

Intermediate:Ā This is a great distance driver for intermediate players. You can simply adjust your release angle to match your power levels in order to ensure a full flight.

Advanced:Ā You'll want to be bagging something a little more overstable and reliable as your go-to distance driver. The Axiom Tenacity can still find a spot in your bag as a max distance driver for those times when you just want to rip!
