The MVP Nomad is a stable putter that was co-designed with James Conrad. He currently uses it on the green. Players enjoy the glide and neutrality of this putter, which improves accuracy when putting!
The Nomad has also become popular as a driving and approach putter. It has enough stability to hold a line and not flip over, even when thrown relatively hard!
With an average depth and a comfortable feel in the hand, we expect the Nomad to remain a staple in the MVP line for some time to come.
When most people hear James Conrad Nomad, they think of the most famous shot in all of disc golf. JC's throw-in on Hole 18 at the 2021 PDGA Worlds. He threw his beat-up Nomad right into the bucket from about 250ft out!
Here's what MVP Disc Sports has to say about the Nomad:
Designed by the World Champion himself â the Nomad has everything James Conrad desires in a putter. From the depth and shoulder height, all the way down to the size of the small bead â the Nomad is Jamesâ vision of an ideal putter. Expect a neutral flight inside the Circle, with some fade kicking in at Circle 2 â making the Nomad great at holding anhyzer or hyzer angles when need be. Off the tee, the Nomadâs straight-stable flight will let throwers of all power levels experience confident, straight lines with just enough glide to stick under the basket â not blow past it.
This disc is accurate to its flight numbers. If you get an Electron Nomad it will season with time and become more understable.
