MVP Ohm - Neutral Putt & Approach
The MVP Ohm is a stable putter that is based on the popular Streamline Discs Pilot! They took the highly popular mold and added the popular Gyro effect to the rim. The result? A flight much like the Pilot's, just that the Gyro rim helps it hold straighter for longer, and fly further!
Long story short, the Ohm is a great disc, and if you're a fan of the Pilot then you definitely need to try one of these out!
Unfortunately, the Ohm is only manufactured in MVP's Neutron plastic, (except for the 2023 OTB Open, when it was released in Proton Soft!) so it's not the best option for use as a putter. If it was made in Electron, then it could be one of MVP's best putting putters.
Being made in Neutron plastic, the MVP Ohm's strong point lies in short tee shots and approaches! It is extremely workable, and will hold the angle you put it on all the way to the ground!
Here's what MVP Disc Sports has to say about the Ohm:
Laser straight drives and confident putts are the best ways to describe the brand new Ohm from MVP. Debuting in Neutron plastic, the Ohm is inspired by the Streamline fan-favorite Pilot, but with enhanced GYRO® effect. The results are incredible! The tried and true shape provides both a reliable grip and loads of glide for some truly impressive drives and putts. The Ohm is sure to find a place in every disc golfer’s bag and, thanks to the durability of Neutron plastic, stay there.
This video from TK Disc Golf better describes the Ohm's flight characteristics better than we can with words!

Flight Numbers
Speed: 2 | Glide: 5 | Turn: 0 | Fade: 1
This disc is accurate to its flight numbers. It has excellent glide that pushes forward in an effortlessly straight direction, ending in a gentle touch of fade. When thrown with anhyzer it will hold your angle of release right to the ground! If you give it some hyzer it'll hold that too!

Skill recommendations
Beginner: The Ohm is a great beginner disc, and we highly recommend it to any disc golf newbies reading this! It's a great disc to develop your form with, and increase your arm speed! Avoid it for putting as you'll get more grip from a putter in a baseline plastic.
Intermediate: If you want to become a master at short technical drives, and perfectly accurate approaches then try out this thing of beauty! It's super easy to throw, and will give you as much fun as it will birdies!
Advanced: The MVP Ohm might still have a place in your bag, even though it seems to be aligned more with a beginner's needs. If you want short easy turnovers and effortless control give this disc a shot! As a main driving putter, you'll probably be opting for the Axiom Envy.
