James's Full Bag Breakdown
Here's a full breakdown of every disc in James's bag as of his last in the bag video update!
James's Putters
Electron Nomad (special edition stamp) - His main putter right now; one of the special-edition stamps he's always loved.
Electron Nomad (purple and gray) - Two practice putters, with one currently getting the most reps.
Electron Nomad (blue) - A long-time bag member that doubles as a touch approach disc; very understable, slow and flippy, thrown nose-up for controlled landings.
Electron Envy (commemorative yellow and blue) - Very understable and a touch faster than his blue Nomad; his go-to for a forehand-style flip-up, left-to-right shot.
Cosmic Neutron Envy (2021 MVP Open stamp) - His number one go-to putter; flies super neutral and straight, stands up on hyzer, and can push out to around 440 ft with a tailwind.
Soft Neutron Envy (carries two) - More overstable than his Premium Envy; his pick for a hyzer shot or a bit of flex line, with a fresher backup that flies the same.
Plasma Entropy - Comes and goes in the bag; his pick when the wind picks up and the Envys won't hold, or for hard flex shots at short range; super overstable.
James's Midranges
Neutron Detour - Kept mostly for fun and rarely thrown on tour courses; he loves the big corkscrew hyzer-flip shot it can pull off, even though it's not the most predictable.
Total Eclipse Hex (brand new) - Slightly overstable when fresh and goes far for a midrange; he's working in a new one after his last got chunked and squirly.
Plasma Pyro (well-seasoned) - Torque-resistant without being overstable; he can hammer it into the wind and still get a super straight flight.
Neutron Balance - A step up in stability from his Pyro; gives him nice flex lines and stall-hyzers, though it doesn't push much distance on a flat hyzer.
James's Fairway Drivers
Neutron Relay - Not a bag staple, but really understable and good for hyzer flip-ups on holes where a stock forehand isn't an option for him.
Neutron Bendy James Volt - His most-thrown fairway driver and his very first MVP stamp back in 2021; still holds up to a lot of power for super straight flights or big annies, and his go-to disc-down choice when OB is in play.
Neutron Terra - His current go-to overstable fairway driver after some Fireballs started flying squirly on him; rock solid with a predictable fade on a little anny, though it doesn't go very far.
Neutron Trail (carries three, least to most stable) - One of his favorite discs to throw and a big part of his European bag; ranges from a proto that starts on hyzer and settles flat, to a greener one flying more neutral, to fresh ones that fight to flatten out on a full-power hyzer release for a long pushing-hyzer line.
James's Distance Drivers
Neutron Time-Lapse - More overstable and doesn't fly quite as far as his Mayhem, but more predictable; a stock hammer-flat throw pushes about 400-450 ft before fading out, and it's what he trusts in the wind for spike hyzers.
Neutron Mayhem - His pick for max distance; neutral rather than overstable and handles a lot of power, thrown on a bit of hyzer with air under it to work right before fading left.
