Introducing the 2022 ESP Captain's Raptor! The Paul Ulibarri Captain's Raptor 2022 edition is available in special blend ESP Swirl plastic with a new look and feel. These will be a little straighter out of the box compared to last year's Z plastic Captains Raptor, making for a great counterpart to the First Run.
Just a reminder that this is a Limited Edition, Annual Release. We will not be able to order these in again from Discraft until the end of 2023. Once they are gone, that's it until the following year.
The Captain's Raptor is a modified-overstable Discraft Raptor ran in Special Blend ESP Swirl plastic. This disc was inspired by Team Discraft Captain, Paul Ulibarri. This is the first run ever done in ESP!
The Captain's Raptor is great in windy conditions and considered a "get out of jail utility disc."

About the plastic: ESP plastic is a high performance plastic excellent for both beginners and pros. It has a great amount of both grip and durability. It will gently beat-in over time. Initially it starts off closer to Star plastic from Innova, but a bit more stiff. These are some of the swirliest and most beautiful discs on the market that just seem to get better and better the more you throw them!
