Mesmerizingly straight, with flight numbers of 5/5/-1/1, the Hex will find a place in anyone’s bag as a versatile and reliably straight midrange. At the highest arm speeds, the Hex will produce slightly understable lines from flat, but the 1 fade keeps it from flipping over completely. For lower arm speeds, the Hex has enough turn to make shaping lines a breeze. If you are looking for control in the woods, or simply a versatile line shaper, the Hex is the midrange for you. Available in Prism Plasma plastic to start, add some magic to your game with the Hex!
This is commonly known as one of the best flick forehand mid-ranges in the game since it's launch, so really worth having in the bag!
This is a special OTB Exclusive release. Online Release is set for 5pm Pacific time/8pm Eastern time on March 30th.
Disc and stamp are great, but the disc I got looks like muted orange almost brown in person.
Really good feeling this it took me a minute to make it work right but once I learned it, it was a really good flying disc
I've only thrown this disc a few times for field work, but from what I can tell, it flies just like my normal neutron hex with it's slight turn with reliable fade. The thing is that this prism plasma flight plate with the metal flake overmould is just too gorgeous for me to want to scuff it up. I plan to hang out on my wall for a while and then take it down and bag it once I've lost my primary hex.
The hex is probably my favorite mid range, i'm a relatively newer player but can throw this straight 200 feet and then it goes to the left at the end. Gorgeous disc as well!
Love the hex more than the buzz. Very stable and works great when backhanding or forehand. Only Mid I use now
