The Tempo from MVP has been one of the hottest and most sought-after MVP Discs since some small runs for events last year, and now we finally get to offer this to you, in a really unique Proton Soft plastic.

With flight numbers of 4 | 4 | 0 | 2.5, the Tempo was designed as a low-profile approach putter that, while not overwhelmingly overstable, can handle torque for forehand or backhand drives and approaches. Get into the flow that works for you with the 2024 OTB Open exclusive Proton Soft Tempo - the first official release of the disc that took us all by storm in 2023’s Circuit Challenge!
The Tempo is a Zone-like disc, perfect for those overstable approach shots either forehand or backhand. This is a must have in every players bags, and finally there is a true Axiom option for this slot. This is perhaps a touch straighter than the Zone, but still a great fit for the approach disc 4-speed category.
The OTB Open 2024 is going to be the biggest MVP release of 2024! There are going to be 6 molds coming in each of the two phases, and some of the hottest discs in unique plastics, with custom stamps All proceeds go toward making the OTB Open bigger and better than every before, supporting a great tournament, and giving your favorite pros a bigger payout.

About the plastic: Proton Soft has a great feel in the hand, typically on the softer side and they are often semi-transparent in looks. This an out of production plastic at MVP, and only brought out for special runs such as these. Extremely gummy, grippy, with minimal ground play which makes it perfect for approach shots. They are one of the more stable plastics out of MVP besides Eclipse. These are extremely durable, and look really fantastic in vibrant colors.
Shipping Information
We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping timeframes for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
USPS First Class shipping typically is delivered in 4-6 days, depending on when orders are placed, subject to weekends, holidays etc. USPS Priority is generally 3-4 days.
Any order over $50 qualifies for free shipping for discs, and over $75 for bags & Zuca carts/accessories.
We cannot ship any of MVP's bulkier products internationally, such as baskets, or products such as the Disc Station or MVP Putter Pod. Orders for these will be cancelled.
We also cannot ship Zuca Carts outside of the 48 US States. Shipping to HI & AL is exorbitant.
Returns Policy
- Item must be in the same condition as delivered and discs are unthrown.
- Item must be in its original packaging.
- You must email us within 30 days, and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Number, you must include this number with a return to receive a refund or credit.
- In the event the return is due to our error, we will reimburse for return shipping. In any other case, you are responsible for shipping costs and will be responsible for costs to reship.
- We recommend that you insure your shipment, as you will not be reimbursed for product that does not make it back to Disc Golf Deals USA.
- Zuca Carts, Bags can be returned, but due to the nature of these products, there would be a 20% restocking fee. Zuca accessories cannot be returned.
