Diamond is the choice of disc for beginners, children, and people who don't throw very far. It is produced primarily in lighter weights which makes it easy to throw and control. It has an understable flight path with good glide and small fade.

I truly love this disc. The glide is fantastic. Because it's lite, I think the more experienced players call it an intermediate or beginner disc. I think that's not 100% correct. It is one of my go to discs as a left handed backhand thrower.
