The Firebird is an overstable distance driver which works extremely well into a headwind. It is our most popular upwind distance driver.

Dazzling in appearance, the Halo Firebird still has an abundance of overstability that players crave. Backhand. Forehand. Overhand. However you throw it, this disc delivers.

How the Innova Halo Firebird flies: For those with power, the Firebird provides a straight flight followed by a substantial fade (or hook) back to the ground for medium to short drives. Expect the Halo Firebird to be more overstable than its Star plastic counterpart.

The disc designed with Nate Sexton remains the most popular overstable 9-Speed on the market, and now even better in Halo plastic!

Flight Ratings: Speed 9, Glide 3, Turn 0, Fade 4.

About the plastic: Halo is a one of the most premium and sought-after plastics on the market. Typically this is the most overstable plastic in Innova's lineup, and it is extremely durable and has a great grip. Halo is the very similar to Star in feel, except it is the far more beautiful with its multi-color swirls and 'halo' effect.

Firebird

Exactly what I was looking for when I got this disc. Low amount of glide with a dependable fade. Good disc for headwinds.

Great beefy disc

You can trust it to always come back for forehand or backhand. Great disc.

Its a Beefy boy

As expected its a beefy one. It has more glide than i would expect, not by much. Feels great in the hand, super reliable fade, there's a reason its the disc people compare it to when they are talking about over stable 9 speed's.
