The Pilot is a versatile putter with a neutral flight profile.

The Pilot has a medium-depth grip, small-bead wing design, flat top, and a comfortable rounded nose. The Pilot’s feel in the hand with grippy Electron plastics will inspire confidence, while its dead straight flight takes you right to the pin. MVP throwers will find the Pilot’s depth in between the Atom and Anode, and its flight most similar to a seasoned Anode.

About the MVP Open SE Edition:

The MVP Open at Maple Hill is one of the best tournaments in the history of the sport at one of the most memorable courses we have. This run of the Pilot helps support the 2023 MVP Open in making it the prestigious event that it is. The Pilot is a great feeling beaded putter that is the flagship putter from Streamline Discs. It is flat and can handle torque if you choose to throw it off the tee. The Eclipse 2.0 plastic is one of our favorite plastics in the game. With a fantastic feel in the hand and quite possibly the most glowy, glow in the game the Eclipse 2.0 plastic is amazing. This run is fairly overstable compared to some other runs of the Pilot. If you want a straight to slightly overstable putter in all conditions then grab an MVP Open Eclipse 2.0 Pilot today!

Flight Ratings: Speed 2, Glide 5, Turn 0, Fade 1

About the plastic: Eclipse 2.0 is an updated version of the Eclipse plastic. Eclipse Glow plastic has an awesome feel in the hand, fairly smooth and reflective, yet grippy. It is a stiffer plastic, and is the most overstable that Axiom produces. This is the Number 1 Glow in all of disc golf, as it stays charged and shines brighter than anything else on the market!

Fantastic substitute for my Watt in my glow bag. Flies very similarly but definitely has a more pronounced fad. Glow is typical radioactive you expect from Eclipse 2.0.

Amazing Throwing Putter & Even More Amazing Glow

In true MVP fashion, the Eclipse 2.0 is friggin' radioactive! I'd never thrown a Pilot before this, so I can only compare with what I've heard. From the OG flight numbers and other people I've spoken to, the Eclipse Pilot is definitely a bit more stable.

I wouldn't say it's incredibly more stable like some other glow molds from MVP *cough cough** Insanity **cough cough**. I can throw it on a sweeping backhand turnover, and it'll fight out of it at the end.

It's been a great alternative until they come out with a Glow Watt. Flies pretty similarly actually minus the fade at the end. Feels great in the hand, and that 5 glide really shows off the tee. Definitely recommend, especially if you're looking for something similar to a Watt for your glow bag.
