The Retooled Simon Line Time-Lapse is finally here! The original Time-Lapse didn't quite meet Lizotte's initial expectations, and ever since, a retooled version has been in the works at the MVP headquarters.
New Time-Lapse, new Special Edition! Matthew Jorde brings us a typography-based stamp for the release of the Special Edition retooled Neutron Time-Lapse, adorning it with a clean style. The goal was to produce a stamp that was reminiscent of the first Time-Lapse SE, while still being its own thing - most fitting for a retool!
Players will easily notice the difference between the original Special Edition Neutron Time-Lapse and this new retooled version, both by how it feels in the hand and its flight. Our goal for the Time-Lapse was to create a distance driver that high-power players would trust for controllable maximum distance, and lower-power players would appreciate for reliable and predictable flights. The retooled Time-Lapse is everything we wanted from the original run, and we are very excited about this one. Celebrate this achievement with Simon and MVP by grabbing your own Special Edition retooled Neutron Time-Lapse today!
This is a pre-order. Weights & colors will vary, please leave your requests in the order notes and we will do our best to get just what you want! Release date is to be confirmed by MVP, but we would expect around mid-August.Ā
PDGA-approved, and showcased in one of Simon's latest videos, and the initial reveals show a much more understable flight than the first version, which was much more overstable than planned. The Retooled Time-Lapse will be more comparable to a Destroyer, blending control and distance for intermediate and advanced disc golfers.

Flight Ratings:Ā Speed 12, Glide 5, Turn -1, Fade 3
About the plastic:Ā Neutron is an Opaque blend of premium polymers that offer extremely good durability and hand feel. Largest selection of bright colors. These have a decent amount of flex to them, but are on the stiffer side of something like an Innova Star plastic. Typically this is a plastic that is ātrue to flight numbersā, but it still depends on run to run.
