This new midrange joins the Simon Line as an overstable complement to the Axiom Hex - fitting right between the Reactor and Pyro - perfect for when you need that extra bit of torque or wind resistance. While “balance” for this release relates to photography and the Simon Line, it cannot be understated how important balance also is to disc golf. The different parts of your body must be in sync, the mind clear and focused - everything balanced, working as one. Balance out your bag and find harmony on the course with the Special Edition Simon Line Balance!
In photography, balance is incredibly important - whether it’s color correction, white balance, or for creating a sense of visual equilibrium within the frame. No single element dominates, everything in harmony.
“Perfectly balanced, as all things should be”, some might say. Mike Inscho expertly captures that concept with a phenomenal illustration for the Special Edition Simon Line Neutron Balance.
Settling in with flight numbers of 5 | 5 | 0 | 2, the Balance falls between the MVP Reactor and Axiom Pyro - overstable enough for torque resistance, wind fighting, and a reliable, consistent flight - while still having the flexibility of a midrange for shot shaping. High power players will have a versatile, straight flier with a dependable bite of fade towards the end, while those with less power will find the perfect overstable wind fighting complement to their midrange lineup. The Balance joins the Pixel and Time-Lapse as part of the Simon Line - curated by Simon Lizotte himself. Grab this new addition and experience the Simon Line for yourself!
Flight Numbers: Speed 5, Glide 5, Turn 0, Fade 2
About the plastic: Neutron is an Opaque blend of premium polymers that offer extremely good durability and hand feel. Largest selection of bright colors. These have a decent amount of flex to them, but are on the stiffer side of something like an Innova Star plastic. Typically this is a plastic that is “true to flight numbers”, but it still depends on run to run.
