The XL™ is one of the farthest flying discs ever made, and is hugely popular with new players. Easy to control, and holds an almost perfect line on big throws. Former world distance record holder of 693 feet. The XL was one of the most popular long range drivers Discraft makes. This disc is used by professionals, but is also a good drivers for beginners because it has so little fade.

About the plastic: This is the Z Sparkle plastic, with that familiar feel of a Luna but with a metal-flakey sparkle added to the blend. These have some flex in the hand and feel great. This is based on Z Line which is one of the most popular plastic blends on the market, and is of the most durable and highest performance plastics. It is translucent and comes in many bright colors. Very similar in comparison to something like Innova’s Champion, but typically a little more stiff.
