The Warrior has the same features as the Element, but is more overstable and slightly faster with the same great glide and control.
The Warrior can handle more power than the Element and other mid-ranges; you’ll be surprised by how fast it is. Thanks to its speed the Warrior is a great disc for long upshots right to the pin, or for those mid-range hyzer approaches; it is also a great mid-range disc into light headwinds.

About the plastic: Gateway's SureGrip plastic is unique and does exactly what you would think. It is a baseline plastic with really impressive grip, really one you will trust in all conditions out on the course. It has a similar grip to something like older XT plastic from Innova but also has something off a stiffer feel in the hand.
